I made a big fool of myself today. I had a trading plan but did not follow it. I did an emotional trading which is not really my way. As a result, I lost 1% of cumulative profit. I was actually gaining by as much 2% as I opened my account but several wrong decisions along the way made me lose the supposed day's gain and worse, did not cut loss as quickly as I should. I was not Black Spider today. I am so ashamed of my performance. I am so angry at myself that I decided to punish myself, big time.
