On the left, is the performance chart of the market for the year 2010 (courtesy of Lakay RJ), against which you may compare the performance of your individual portfolios. As you can see, we hit them big  in the months of September, October and November. If you were fully invested in those months and had the performer stocks in your port, you could have easily made at least 50%.

As for me, I made 25% for the entire year. Really, not bad for a trendrider but just like most of you, I am not satisfied. I have to change my 2010 trading strategy which is composed mainly of reading blogs of fellow stock traders, following the postings in FM and TP, subscribing in newsletters and tips of gurus, exchanging text messages with Bubbles, a little dose of TA (aka Tsamba Analysis aka Tsismis Analysis) and FundA, nightly Skype chat with fellow traders and the exciting 3-hour-trading with the followers and friends of GenDS either in the serious Special Forces Hall or in the wacky Blackspider's Cafe and Bar (there used to be a sauna and massage rooms but the Powder Puff Girls bullied me to close those sections). Huh? That was my 2010 strategy? Strategy ba iyon? No wonder.

Seriously now, for 2011, I am thinking of going 50% tsupit (for the kiti-kiti stocks including basures) and 50% LT for slow-but-sure blue stocks. I will peg my cutloss signal at 5%. I will also use more often the COL margin. And yes, I will do more TA, on my own.

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL! May 2011 bring us more greens than reds!
